My journey began with a personal family struggle. When my mother, who suffered from behavioral disabilities became bedridden and my father could no longer care for her alone.

My parents had always lived alone, and their independence was very important to them and to us as a family. Being their youngest child, I was tasked with finding an ideal solution which would enable them to receive the help and care they needed and maintain as much independence as possible as this new change would be permanent.

I wanted a solution that would not cost my parents the life they had created together. I had to find permeant care for them, based out of their home. Care that felt like family, and not burdensome to their lifestyle. I quickly realized that what was available to us was not what we had hoped for.

I was in desperate need of reliable in-home care, and daily in-home supported living services, transportation, and medication management. I was looking for a company to be able to manage all of their care efficiently, with one point of contact. Unfortunately, that was not something I was able to find in any single company.

The management of my parents’ care eventually turned into a full-time job for me. To avoid any lapses in care (as even reliability was an issue at times) I regularly found myself having to step away from work and my family, stepping in every time there was a staffing shortage.

This is the reason I founded Ideal Health Solutions, to be able to offer families the option to manage their loved ones care efficiently.  While knowing their loved ones could continue to live with their independence intact while having around-the-clock care, in a home setting that is effectively managed with one point of contact.

Our goal at Ideal heath solutions is to ease the burden of care on our clients and their loved ones  so that all needs are met kindly and efficiently so that they can focus on the joy of their journey as a family.
